We absolutely loved our stay at the Townhouse Paradise. From the moment we arrived, the space felt like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was superb: quiet and comfortable, yet close enough to all the action when we wanted it. Check-in was seamless and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

This place was really great. We were fortunate to have really quiet neighbors, so everything was super pleasant and nice. It was the nicest pool that I have ever seen at an Airbnb. The townhome was exactly as listed. All the rooms and furnishings were nice and very clean. We used all three bedrooms. They were all comfortable and the AC units all worked. The living room area was very comfortable, and the cable TV worked, so the kid watched TV. All the chairs and sofas on the ground floor were very comfort so we spend many hours there. We had our local family visit and the space was large to host them for the afternoon. There is a pre and post move in audit. Please advocate for your group. They did not leave us enough toilet paper and trash bags. So I had to ask for extras to ensure we have enough. We ended up using everything that we asked for. There were a few ants on the dinner table and one bedroom, but nothing too bad. This place is close to some great local food spots.

My family and I, had a lovely experience. The villa we rented was just as described. It was clean, organized, warm, and just beautiful. We enjoyed finding the games in the home and playing in the pool. Aside from this, there were some things we didn’t like. Side note: I traveled to Tobago with family from Trinidad, England, and America. We all rented villas without knowing our villas were under Rain management. While we all found the villas to be beautiful and affordable, the one thing we all found a flaw with is Rain's procedure for housekeeping and check-out. Keep in mind my family rented 3 different villas and experienced the same experience with housekeeping showing up unannounced, and at the end of the stay showing up 1hr and 20 minutes prior to check-out, which made us feel uncomfortable. Personally, I prefer being reminded of their procedures prior to checking in and checking out. Especially because Airbnb’s check-out procedure is slightly different from theirs.
