As you enter the development, you are greeted by a relaxing ambiance, with lakes, trees, and stunning landscaped gardens throughout. This ideal location is a short 15-min drive from the airport or ferry terminal. 35 Samaan Grove is a bungalow with 4 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The interior has modern decor with new furnishings and appliances. This beautiful villa has a private swimming pool with a patio. This area is a perfect area for liming with family/friends or just relaxing with a glass of wine.

Amazing stay. There are only positive things to say about this villa and its host. Visited from Trinidad with family and each family had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The property is very well kept with modern details and beautifully furnished. The kids enjoyed the pool and had lots once to play. The host was very responsive over Airbnb message prior to our stay and accommodated a paid later check out. Prior to arrival I received a message with further contact details. The housekeeper met us upon check in to go through the property and explain the amenities. The location was very peaceful and beautiful. The gated community was ideal for morning walks. We will definitely return :)

From the moment our trip was booked the communication and correspondence was always there. The place itself is in a gated community which offers safety. Stayed at this villa, with a family of 7 persons total. Layout is great for creating that open space environment. Everything flowed smoothly from initial contact with the host, check in process, stay and check out process.

Villa is within a gated community and seems very much secure. Would definitely consider for a future trip or recommend to others.

Minty meet us at check in and the process was very easy and quick, Google maps took us off root I called the office and the young lady stayed on the phone with me giving me directions until I was at the door which was greatly appreciated 👏 🙏. My overall experience was great my family also loved this home it really felt like our home away from home will diffinately stay here again.

We stayed here with extended family for a weeklong family vacation. We had 7 adults and 2 children. The setup was great for each of the individual families, as each room has a private full bathroom. There was also a powder room in the pool house, which was helpful. The pool/outdoor space was inviting, the common spaces were large/open, and the kitchen was well-stocked with amenities. The gated community made for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere and allowed for nice early morning/evening walks. We would definitely recommend Villa Mila to anyone and can't wait to return.
