Great house to stay at. Clean, spacious, karaoke setup, BBQ grill (gas provided), outdoor kitchen. All bedrooms contain washrooms. Close to the airport, groceries, and a gas station. Perfectly designed house for family and children. There is a small slide and swing for the kids. There is also a pool table for adults. There is a water slide for adults to slide into the pool.
Rain was very responsive when contacted. The caretaker, Tamika, was very welcoming, helpful, and super friendly. We were allowed to check in at 1 pm and check out at 12 pm due to no other check-ins. Many thanks for that. The pool was slightly dirty upon arrival; however, the pool staff came the next day and sorted it. Great house, great area!

Honestly Kaylee Villa was a great place to stay. Easy access, very close to crown point and the vicinity. The host was very accommodating, easily accessible and the housekeeper was very nice. The place looks exactly like the photos and the privacy is appreciated. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely recommend and return.

Photos don't do this place justice. the backyard is excellent for kids and kids at heart. The location is very close to the heart of action and restaurants in crown point (but a car is needed).
Note to visitors : The house is in a gated community and you will need to call the host to access the community (Silver Sands) when you arrive or make arrangements to collect the gate remote.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely excellent. The property is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed, with so many amenities that made the experience both comfortable and fun. Everything we needed was available, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
One of the best parts of the stay was the variety of recreational options. There was plenty to do without even leaving the property, which made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into making guests feel welcome.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Kaylee Villa was exactly as depicted in their photos. The team was always quick to respond. An absolutely perfect vacation spot for a family; kids loved the pool and slide. Adding the pool table was a lovely surprise!

We loved this villa and would book again. It was a good location, clean, and everyone had their own bathroom. The housekeeping lady was really nice, and funny. The only thing is with the pipes sometimes the water would run brown, so make sure to run it a bit before using.

This villa was absolutely perfect and just what my family and I needed for our stay in Tobago. Tamika, the housekeeper, made our early check-in seamless—she was incredibly welcoming and helped us get settled in right away. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the beach and very close to the airport. Highly recommended!
