The host was very professional and always reachable. The room was clean, and presented exactly as described. The caretaker was waiting for us at arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment. The host was even willing to accommodate an earlier check-in and later check-out to match our flight schedule, which I very much appreciated. Check-out was just as smooth.

Overall, a great experience and would recommend.

Rain was very responsive and made sure to contact us before our stay, with check-in instructions. Our host, who was awaiting us, was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. When we stepped into the apartment, we were pleased that the place was exactly as described in the pictures. It was a really beautiful, chic, modern, and comfortable apartment, and the smell was really nice as well. The pool was not deep, which is a plus for non-swimmers, and I liked the fact that there is a food court right in front of the apartment complex. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to visit again.
